Idea for a powerful incoming call management app

Hi developers,

have a great idea (at least i reckon so) for a call management software, not easy or even possible to make with all features that I have in mind, therefore could only advanced developers contact me who would be interested (with a list of apps created in the past)? Would prefer UK programmers - that's were I'll be using it. The only thing I will ask in return is a free app for life
