If I call Sprint for an exchange, will I have to send my damaged EVO back?

    Guys, I'm really sorry if this is a stupid question, real sorry, but could you help me out? my evo's starting to go crazy (random restarts, haptic feedback sucks, light leakage, etc) and i wanna return mine but i went into the nearest sprint store and he made me a ticket number but he had none in stock so he told me to call customer service. but before i do would i have to return my damaged one when they send me the new one? thanks!

    Actually they will do a cross ship but you get charged for the new one.

    they will ship you a replacement one first at no charge

    there will be a box with the replacement that you must send old one back in within 15 days or you will get charged

    what about if you go to the sprint store to get a new one?

    LOL. First someone from Snuson, now ACD.

    Not much, Baby's brakes almost all gone. But parts in, she goes in Wednesday for completely rebuilt and upgraded brakes. Braided lines and everything.

    First, you can only return it there if you bought it there. If you got it from RS or Best Buy, you need to take it there within the first 30 days.

    Second, IF they have any, which I doubt, they will just do an exchange right there. You do NOT get to keep your current phone, if that's what you are getting at (and that's what it sounds like).
