General If One was To

    If someone wanted to return their Incredible to Verizon. Can they exchange it for another phone? or do you just get your money back? Does your new every two start over? Anyone know how this works???

    Sure, you can get another phone and I believe your ne2 starts over. I returned a motorola phone a couple years ago and got the voyager at ne2 pricing when it came out a few months later.

    I think if you return it during the first 15 days, You can exchange it for a different phone and your NE2 will restart then. I may be wrong, but that's my understanding.

    I believe the 30 day return policy is for exchanging your phone for another if it's defective or you just don't like it.

    I believe you have 15 days to return the phone and cancel your contract completely.

    At least, that's what I remember from when I was an indirect Verizon dealer.
