I'm probably the biggest idiot ever, but how do you leave reviews for an app?

I know this has to be really simple, and I'm just not seeing it, but how do you leave a review for an app? I've tried going to Android Market and I've tried looking through the Market app on my phone to see if I can review apps there, but I'm just not seeing anything. I'm really sorry to have such a lame question... what the heck am I doing wrong?

The App has to be installed first to have the option to post comments. Go to 'my downloads' in the market, click on the appropiate App, press the 5 stars on the top of the page then once chosen star rating will give option to 'post a comment' underneath. Hope this is what you mean.

find the app on the market via browsing or "search" the installed app u wish to review about

Just made my first comment on an app...
