    Hi,
    I would like to save on the disk the result of the merge of 2 pictures:
    - a wallpaper
    - a transparent png on the top

    I have no idea where to start my search.
    Thanks for your help.

    You simply say:

    Canvas canvas = new Canvas();
    Bitmap result_image = Bitmap.createBitmap( width, height, Config.ARGB_8888 );
    canvas.setBitmap( result_image );

    then you can draw on canvas ( for drawing a bitmap use drawBitmap method ). When done you can see the result in result_image.

    Hope that helps ;)
