Help importing (sync) personal dictionary?

On my DINC2 I could export, import, and sync my personal dictionary by going to "Language & keyboard" > Touch input > personal dictionary > sync personal dictionary.

On the Galaxy S3 I am only finding options to add words into the dictionary.

I even tried to import my backed up dictionary with MyBackup Pro.

How in the hell do you import/sync your personal dictionary with the Samsung Galaxy S3?? Going to "Language & Input" > personal dictionary does NOT yield many options.

You can use User Dictionary Plus to sync your words between your android devices.
