Help Incoming Calls go to silent

Hi,

Im new to these forums so if I posted in the wrong spot I'm sorry. I'm having a problem on my S3 on T-mobile. Every time I get an incoming call it goes to silent mode, it shows the silent mode icon on the top and it doesn't vibrate. This doesn't happen when I turn on the volume and put it in sound, only when I have it set to vibrate. Whenever in vibrate mode the texts cause the phone to vibrate but the calls come in silent mode. I've tried everything to fix this, I cant keep my phone on sound because I cant have my phone ring when Im working, so I need the vibrate mode, but i keep missing calls because it goes to silent.

If you could help me out it would be great. Thank You.

(The amount of times I said vibrate in that paragraph is obnoxious)
