Two days ago I noticed all my emails were missing on my phone and then yesterday the phone would not turn on. When it is on charge the notification led orange in color is the only thing that shows. The screen is black and I've tried to hold down the power/lock and volume buttons but nothing happens. Could this be a dead battery or does it sound like the phone has something major go wrong with it?
