Help Incredible S not playing videos anymore

Hello all,

I have a HTC Incredible S. When i try to play back videos I recorded with it. They will not play, the screen goes white. sometimes a blurred frozen video appears, and the sound usually plays fine. Anybody know a fix? I am not real smart with this stuff! This phone is only 2 months old, I had one identical to it, trouble free for a year until it got wet. Thanks in advance for your help people!

Try going into Settings > Apps and clearing all data for the video player. You can also try another video app like MX Player.
