Searched the forum - didn't see this mentioned...

Innocase Snap for use with Innocell 3500mAh Extended Life Battery

Anyone tried one yet? Been out of the loop and wasn't sure if this was old news...

Looks like a snap-on innocase for the extended batts. Thinking of picking one up to see if it will work with the 2150 - if not I may just bite the bullet on the 3500.

I emailed HTC several weeks ago to ask if this would work. They said no, but that might just mean they didn't want to bother finding out.

Well, they would have to buy it and test it(I don't think they're interested in another company's product). It's better to say no and if it doesn't work, you can't blame them.

Yes, that's what I thought too. I asked about the return policy if I tried and it didn't work, but they didn't bother answering that one.

Just going by the battery thicknesses, it should work, but all it would take would be a minor difference in the shape of Seidio's extended battery cover to mess things up.

    That's my guess as well.

I just bit the bullet and ordered one to try...

is there a big difference in thickness with 2150 and 3500?

The 2150 is 9 mm thick. I'd suggest doing a search/checking the old battery threads for measurements on the Seidio.

 Wish I could tell ya...

No impact, no idea on this case. Can't seem to get clarification on whether or not I have one coming...

On the bright side, they haven't charged my card.

I wanna try it, but based on my previous experiences with seidio, I don't know that I'm gonna go through the effort to order again.

If this one comes in, I'll try it out and post pics. Otherwise, I think I'm done with them...
