Insert sim card errorSupport

    Has anybody experienced this similar problem? It happens to me at least once or twice a day for no reason at all. After I turn my phone on and off one or two times than it will work fine. The sim card is as new as the phone and I had the phone since black Friday. The problem happened about 3 times in the past, but it's been experiencing this problem almost everyday in the past 2 weeks. I haven't changed anything or any settings, everything is original. Anybody have any help to offer? Thanks!

    Welcome to the forum. :)

    Maybe try removing the sim card and reinserting it. If it keeps doing it I would call T-Mobile or go to a T-Mobile store and see if you can get a new one.
