Instagram video load issue

Hi,
i cant play instagram videos. 1-i have no problem in loading video with my laptop.
2-i have reinstalled instagram from play store. 3-i have do the factory reset.
still issue is here i dont know what to do i even cant send feedback it says error in uploading your feedback.
i dont think my internet connection is problem because i have test with another phone(xperia m dual with custom rom and stock rom) every thing works fine.
my phone is xperia sp

Problem or bug with Instagram running on the particular phone and Android version I guess. Might be worth filing a bug report with them about it.
