I spent some time fiddling around trying to get a modified Flash version to run so I could use Free Hulu (Not Hulu Plus) on my Flex Tablet.
I found a way to get it to work.
Attachment Notes:
libflashplayer.zip - contains tasker profile and modified libflashplayer.zip
install_flash_player_ics 11.1.115.34.apk - Will install Latest Version of Flash
Prerequisites
1. You Must be Rooted
2. You Must own Tasker
3. Must have a Root File Explorer
4. Must be using a browser that supports flash (Dolphin)
5. Browser must also be in desktop mode and Have flash set to on or on demand
Steps To Get Free Hulu to work.
1. Install Flash 11.1.115.34
2. Copy libflashplayer.so to /system/lib
3. Import the tasker Profile to copy the modified libflashplayer.so to /data/data/com.adobe.flashplayer/lib on startup
***Step 3 can be accomplished with Script manager also using the following commands:
cp /system/lib/libflashplayer.so /data/data/com.adobe.flashplayer/lib
chmod 755 /data/data/com.adobe.flashplayer/lib/libflashplayer.so
chown system.system /data/data/com.adobe.flashplayer/lib/libflashplayer.so
