I am a retained Alltel customer and am still under an Alltel contract. I went from a Alltel PPC 6800 (it broke) to a borrowed Verizon Curve rather than use my insurance. I also just bought a Alltel Touch Pro off of Ebay rather than use my insurance.
Now to my question. If I have troubles with the new phone sometime after purchase will I be able to use my insurance for a replacement?
If anyone cares. The reason I bought a phone off of Ebay was I could spend the $95 replacement fee on another PPC6800 or for roughly the same price get a way better phone, the Touch Pro.
