Help Internal memory

Guys, when I increase the internal memory of my phone by getting rid of an app, synchronization runs fine.
Only over time my internal memory gets running down.
What causes internal memory to run down rapidly? Can i stop it?

Internal storage is used for apps and app data.

If this is running down rapidly and you are not installing new apps, then it's some app filling the space with its data. Try looking at your apps sorted by data usage (I think that was possible in the manage aps menu with Froyo, otherwise my old friend Quick System Info lets you do this) and try to identify the app(s) responsible.

Ok, I installed your friendly Quick System Info pro. What do I do now to look for memory hogs?

Look at all apps, sorted by data size (go to apps tab, view all, then use menu to select sort options). Should be able to see easily if any are using huge amounts of data.
