Internet Not Working :(Support

    My internet isn't working on my samsung galaxy s3, I have signal I don't know what else could be the problem.

    Please help ?

    I have T-Mobile and I have tried re-starting my phone numerous of times..

    Have you tried restarting the phone? I've had this happen numerous times and a restart has always worked for me.

    What carrier are you with? Have you tried rebooting the phone? Do you get Internet access if you connect to WiFi?

    Give us as much information as possible about any step you've already tried. This will better help us help you.

    did you hit the Mobile Data toggle that is in your navigation bar?

    I have T-Mobile. & if I connect to Wi-Fi, it does work.

    Are your access point names correct in settings, more settings, mobile networks, access point names?

    can you confirm that mobile data is currently checked? (active)
