Hi, I have a stock 2.3.6 Galaxy S2. I work in Midtown Manhattan and have full 4g coverage. Just got the phone today. Internet is way slower than it was on my Nokia n9 and G2x. I get a lot of timeouts. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Texting and calling is fine, but data sucks, despite the fact that this is a great reception area. I had to cut my sim card to work with the n9, and am using a ghetto adapter (cut out template from old sim card with tape), do you think that could be the culprit of my slow speeds? I'm going to a T-Mobile store to get a new, regular sim after work. Let me know if you guys think this is the problem or have heard anything similar to this.
