I'm a long time iPhone user but just made the jump into android with the S4. Learning some tips & tricks I've seen videos with lock screen Widgets however it seems I can not enable them on my s4. The videos say to make sure "multiple Widgets" is checked in the menu then you can enable them but I don't even have the option for "multiple widgets " . Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Any help is appreciated and maybe these screenshots will help?

You cannot have extra widget if your lockscreen is secured with a PIN, only swipe enables that.

Samsung screwed up on that. The Nexus devices permit widgets on lockscreen regardless of how the phone is secured (pin/pattern/swipe). For some reason, Samsung decided not to allow that on the S4 - ugh
