You may want to also add that if you're new to IRC, that it's not uncommon for an question to go unanswered for more than an hour and to idle in the chat room for as long as they can until someone notices. I'm really getting tired of people with valid questions only sticking around for less than 10 minutes (sometimes even shorter) and then getting fed up and leaving. One of the golden tips for using IRC is PATIENCE as we don't have that particular channel open 24/7.
