Is brightness of SONY Xperia z1 is better than Nexus 5 or HTC ONE?

what are brightness reviews of Xperia z1 in comparison of NEXUS 5 and HTC one?

There's numerous reviews of all these devices on Youtube you can find. What I've discovered is the Z1's display is its biggest detriment. The Nexus 5 (if like my G2) is fine but a little dim outside. The HTC One, depending on which one you're asking about, has a beautiful screen. I can't comment on its outdoor brightness/readability though.

I find the One (M7) perfectly readable outdoors. I've only used the Z1 indoors, and not side-by-side, so can't really compare.

Of course there is a Z2 now, which I've read has an improved display.

My nexus 5 has much much better outdoor readability than my s3. It (n5) is on par with my previous HTC devices. I'd expect the m8 to do just fine outside.

No experience with Sony, sorry
