hey one and all I'm looking for some help,

I changed out my old phone in late nov to a t-mobile pulse on the thought that it looked good and I would get no problems! heh well that lasted a short amount of time.

In the time I've had it I've had a errorr message come up on boot up and each time I go to use the phone, most recent one being one saying

the application google maps (process com.google.android.apps.maps) has stopped unexpectedly and is force closed!

one of the other related to the market and I was unable to access that
the previous one related to the cootek/touchpal process and I was unable to use the keyboard at all.

each time after trying to get some sense from t-mobile I've had to do a factory reset the last being only around 4 days ago and it's started again! is there anything I can do to stop this? or is it just a poor phone that I should dump! (if poss) I've not d/l anything onto it and haven't used it a great deal.

I've no idea why this has started to happen as I've not dropped it or done much d/l at all?

    Anyone any ideas??
