Is it normal for some extended batteries to not give accurate sensor readings?

I am using this battery Amazon.com: [Aftermarket Prodcut] 3600mAh Extended High Capacity Battery+Back Cover For LG MS770 Motion 4G: Cell Phones & Accessories

On battery apps I have tried, it always gives me a reading of 4.0V-3.9V and 40C temp, but never changes, when the battery is suppose to be a 3.7V battery and the battery runs cool for the most part. Basically the readings are kind of stuck on the same temp and voltage. Now I am assuming it's because it is a cheap battery.

I have fake battery mode on.
