I recently got 10.1 Flash on my Droid, I tried playing some Flash Games, but the ones that use the mouse I have to use the touchscreen, and when I move it around, it moves around the entire screen aswell.

Is there an app for the Droid or a built-in feature that will hold the browsers screen in place, so that it won't move around?

    Thanks!

(By the way, since I need help playing Flash games, I figured the Games section would be the best place to post this, since I didn't see any Help forum, sorry if this is in the wrong section, I'm new here).

No way to do that. Flash 10.1 will work on 70% of sites, but that doesn't neccessary mean that it will work "properly". I have noticed myself that the touch part of a flash game/site is a bit off. Almost like my phone is not responding. Perhaps Adobe may do an update to this someday.
