All of a sudden, Ringdroid isn't working any more. Whenever I try and cut out part of a song, no matter where it is, the song keeps playing from the beginning. I saw this link (http://androidforums.com/android-applications/38826-ringdroid-help.html), but that didn't work. I powered off the phone for a few minutes then back on, and I have the same problem.

I have an Eris with the 1.5 OS on it. I thought it was working previously, but admittedly, I don't use it all that often.

    Any ideas?

One of the most recent updates messed up the app for people running 1.5. You can get and older version from their site.

There is a native ringtone trimer in 2.1 so you may not need it after the upgrade.

I believe it is cleverly named ringtone trimmer. :)
It is in the music app. Play a song and hit menu to find it.
