If I want the full international version of SGS (with ffc), is it compatible with any US carrier for 3G frequencies? Tmobile perhaps?

It will work on AT&T in areas with good coverage on the 1900 3g bands, but since AT&T uses 850 and not 900, you won't get perfect coverage.

You won't get 3g at all on T-Mobile since T-Mobile requires both 2100 and 1900 bands to be present (it uses one for uploading and the other for downloading).

Much appreciated. That's a bummer, i really liked the original Galaxy S but cannot seem to find a way to use it in the US. American carriers are so ******ed.
