Is there a way to access shared sqlite database?

Hi,

I am trying to access a sqlite database, which is shared through samba.

I have mounted the share and I could create a database on this share but once I close the database I am not able to access it again I always get disk IO error exception at getWritableDatabase().

Any idea? Is there a way to access a shared sqlite database?
