I'm trying to send some videos via text message, and they all say limit size reached..Is there a way to negate or increase the limit size of video files to be sent without lowering the resolution or keeping the videos to under a minute?

yea that would be great if you could do that, the best thing i found was to record the video via youtube app, uploading it to youtube, then giving your friend the link lol, but most of my friends has smart phones people with normal phones will just have to suffer and wait till they get to a computer

That limit is imposed by the carriers and is a standard. It's not in your phone.

Try taking a look at the size of the video. If you have it at full quality the videos are ridiculously large. You need to reduce the quality.
