My office set a list of contacts in a PDF file. Is there a way to import these to google contacts? Thanks in advance for helping.

It won't be trivial, and is something to be done on your computer, not your phone. You might need to use ocr (optical character recognition) to extract the text.

Then paste the text into Excel and export it as a CSV file. Formatting this CSV file will be tricky. Then import the CSV into Google contacts.

Pretty easy for a programmer. Pretty tough for someome who isn't a programmer.

Good idea, using a CSV file :)

The office might have converted their PDF from an Excel or Word file ... so maybe you can get this file ;)

I'd not do the formating in the CSV file, I'd do it in the Excel file.
For to know the right format, I'd a contact from my phone export as a CSV file and import it in Excel on the PC.
After in Excel sorted the columns in the same order as my contact, I'd export as CSV file and import it on my phone or on PC to my Google contacts.

For someone who is familiar with Excel, this would be an easy thing.
Maybe an IT in your office can help you :)
