Is there a way to redownload Sprint ID after being rooted?

Ok so I got a new LG Optimus S for free and i'm not quite ready to get the full service yet, so I rooted it. The instructions on fullly being accessable to my phone said that i had to delete sprint ID. Are there dangers to this? Is there a Way that I can get Sprint ID back once I'm ready for service?

You do not have to delete Sprint ID to have complete access to the device - rooting does that and there are applications that let you play with it. Titanium Backup and Astro File Managerette are applications that let you play.
