Issue Setting up Exchange E-MailSupport

    When attempting to set up a my exchange e-mail, I get a below message:

    Set Up Could Not Finish
    Activation Failed. Unable to connect to network. Try again with network provider's default APN.

    I was able to set up another POP3 account just fine. All other data works without issues.

    Any suggestions?

    Try setting it up as a "premium account". it should be one of the available check boxes next to SSL security/client certificate.

    That seemed to make it work for me after I had your same warning message. The downside I noticed on this phone for syncing with Windows Live as well as Exchange is you cannot set times for it to automatically check your email on off peak hours (if you use that setting). It's either Push or Manual...
