Help Issue when trying to Flash ROM

Every time I try to flash a new ROM to my G1 I get the following screen after holding down the Home+Power button. Any help would be appreciated here is the ROM I currently have.

Firmware Version - 1.6
Baseband Version - 62.205.20.17H_2.22.19.26I
Kernel Version - 2.6.29-00479-g3c7df37 android-build@apa26 #19
Build Number - dream_devphone-userbug 1.6 DRC83 14721 test-keys

At that screen you press alt-L

Then alt-s

That will install the rom

********I might not have explained good enough. If you look at the picture I have attached you will see that I can not get to that part. When I reboot my phone with Home+Power I receive the picture that is attached to this thread.***********
