Issue with WaveSecure

ok I have a problem I hope somebody could help me with.
l recently installed a trial version of Wavesecure on my HTC Hero.

I lost the phone a few days after the subscription had expired so I straight away bought the full version but it doesn't seem to be able to track the phone or issue a lock for it. Has anyone experienced anything similar and would wavesecure be able to track it for me?
