Issues Syncing Hero with XP....

Ok, I've got an application saved to my computer, NOW...

I've been unable to actually sync my HERO to my computer I've got the HTC Sync software installed, and when I plug in the usb cable from the computer, to the phone. The only selection that comes up is to mount/unmount the SD Card.

Not to sync.

please advise, OR is there another way I can get said application from my computer to the Phone.

Did you install the updated HTC sync software to the pc?
