    Hey All,

    Can anyone give me a tad help please?

    I wish to run a java app on my HTC wildfire phone, But the phone has no java, Where can i get mobile-java from?

    All Android apps are written in Java. But they run on Dalvik, which is not a JVM. But any app that is going to do anything on the phone has to access the phone's features - keypad, display, etc, somehow - and that somehow is via the API's for those things supported in the libraries of the Android SDK.

    I don't know if any of this answers your question because I'm not sure what sort of Java app you have in mind.

    He probably means about JavaME apps.

    I have a few java apps here, When i open it, I get "Unknown File - There is no application to handle this file type" - Where/how can i fix this/get an application that makes it work?
