So my swype expires... and just when I'm about to go hunting for the new apk... guess what appears in my inbox?

My swype beta account has been activated! Woohoo!

    Now I'm official!

    Tapatalk. Samsung Moment. Yep.

Lucky! I just rooted my phone and I lost Swype T.T
I guess it's always nice to change it up though and go back to the regular keyboard.. But I've signed up for Swype beta and I hope to get it soon!

This is a stupid question but when you install the Swype it says that people (third party) may be able to see the private info on the phone that is using Swype or the info you are typing on Swype. Please Help!!!!!!

Any kb app will tell you that as it's certainly a possibility (it's an app designed to interpret your keystrokes after all). Learn to read and interpret the warnings. Even if it maliciously collects data it doesn't do the developer any good unless it can communicate data back somehow. IIRC, Swype has no access to any form of communication but it has been quite a while since I've installed it.
