I would download Wifi Tether, Titanium backup, CacheMate, and ad free. All of them are root only apps

Then i would flash a Rom/Theme, i would flash the ubuntDroid beta 2 ROM because its the shit

*Roms will wipe all data so make a backup*

    The UbuntDorid beta 2 ROM
Ubuntdroid 5 beta 2 EB28 you will need to make an account on the website then you can download it

But remember to make a backup of all apps and data before flashing

    Okay here we go
To make a back up in tit
    1. start app up
    2. hit menu
    3. batch
    4. then run "backup all user apps + system data
    5. let it do its thing
do this before flashing the rom

    To Flash rom
    1. Move the .zip file into the sdx/zip folder (You will need to create a new folder on your sd card for that)
    2. Boot your phone into the recovery (Hold the volume down, the button right under the power button, and then the power button)
    3. Use the volume rocker to move down to the "Apply zip from sdx/zip" )i think thats what its called but idk) Hit the menu button to select it
    4. find the ubuntdroid beta, hit menu then home to apply the .zip
    5. use the back button and go to leave recovery and boot to system (use the menu it select and home to confirm)
    6. reboot phone and enjoy :D

ok then just follow those steps if they are simple enough for you, they could be better but im using a different recovery.

like how i said before hit the menu button then batch and instead of hitting run "backup......." look at the one that says "restore......." and it should have a number beside it and if the number is 100+ then you have backed up everything but if not try to back everything up again

You should have to reboot it, you can just kill the app via stock task manager.

And it fine i was the same way, but you will be surprised on how easy it is to flash thing like roms, themes, and kernels
