Just Swapped GDE for Home+++

Go to your factory settings button, then preferences, then screen preferences, then screen number.

Also you can change witch screen it goes to when you hit the home button. Default Screen

There's no preferences option in the settings list. By factory settings you mean the settings button in the pull out drawer? I remember setting this up before, just can't find it now. Thanks for the help.

when you hit the menu key,preferences is on the left...settings is on the right

Where is the preferences option? I go to settings and its just 'wireless & networks', 'call settings', 'sound &display', etc. I don't see a preferences option anywhere.

I just got Home++. It's awesome. I now have to search the forums for cool Home++ wallpapers. Are any of you setting your screen amount to 7, and if so, is it affecting your battery?

I have installed home++ twice.. both times it has brought my droid to a halt. scrolling left or right on the desktop does not work, apps all seem to take much longer to respond.

I really like the layout, but not sure what else might be going on.

I cleared off all widgets and icons from my regular home screen. I even tried installing from the file directly off the developers website.

for the most part, I run my Droid pretty stock.. nothing out of the ordinary. Any particular apps that I might have installed that might be issue?

ok.. i just reinstalled for the 3rd time.. and .. like a charm.. its working fine.

The developer seems to release a lot of updates for this product, and maybe one of the latest updates corrected whatever issue you were having.

Nevermind, Home++ is only using 7% of my battery even with the 7 screen setup, so I can probably conclude that the number of screens does not have any major affect on battery life.
