I guess you could pay $90 to get a new phone.

...or just not throw your electronic devices. That doesn't usually work out very well ;)

Ask them if they have anger management classes for loyal customers.

The best thing to do now is to act like an adult and stop throwing tantrums, then take responsibility for the damage you caused. You have no grounds for an insurance claim that isn't fraudulent.

The insurance covers everything, including stupidity (no offense intended to the OP, we've all done things like that at one point or another). If you don't want to say 'threw it' say 'dropped'...

The insurance covers damage or theft. Its damaged, no more than forgetting it under your car while changing a tire and...CRACK.

    Anger management courses.

Willful damage under most accidental damage plans is not covered.

Yep. From what I understand, regardless what happens to the phone, your covered. Probably because you have to pay $90.

Might not be an adult yet and parents might have paid for the phone.

Well, if this person is throwing things around, chances are those things either don't belong to him or were, as you say, paid for by somebody other than him and then given to him.

If he purchased it, let him microwave it, throw it, flush it or put it into the jaws of an 8" table vice. Who cares.

However, my guess is the OP is hyperbolic nonsensical trolling.

That's what makes it even a bigger piece of crap. Why do some people have all kinds of problems and others don't have anything wrong with them at all?

I liken it to a great design manufactured and assembled to not-so-great standards.

I blame inspection and quality control.

ive already said it was stupid, i know, i knew that when i did it. i did it because i was so fed up with the phone not working like a phone should. i was working on my wifes car at the time i needed a number out of my phone, after 2 battery pulls and i was still unable to get to that number, that was it, i was done with the eris.
