Primarily because, when the alarm went off this morning, there was no button to stop it! But as I checked further I found that it was accessing my contacts, my system, all my private info... why the heck does an alarm clock need to access my contacts?
I will be more careful about what I install from now on. The permissions list will be under serious scrutiny.
