    now what?

I installed the wireless tether option...

I was thinking about installing that cyanogenmod or looking into that, but I'm not a fan of things not working, i.e. 4g etc...

Is there something else I should be doing to make this phone operate better, although I'm a big fan of it now, I know there's tweaks that can make this a better phone....

So I welcome all constructive input...

What is the newest workable Unrevoked method are you guys using? Does it have total NAND unlocked? I rooted with the old simple root when I had 2.1 Im looking to root a co-workers phone that already has 2.2 loaded. Thanks.

Well this latest release fixed some bugs that caused some users to have issues with the 3.2 release. I think it is pretty safe to use but I haven't used unRevoked since the first release back in June.

I did it yesterday and it was easy as heck! I myself was scared to do it at first, so i just went to theunlokr.com and they had a step by step video of the the WHOLE process. Now I'm trying learn to overclock and all the other great stuff. i'll learn by the end of the day. DO IT!

I'll probably end up rooting my girlfriends Evo. . . . .actually, I am. :)

I ran the unrEVOked root 2 days ago and have to say it was a pretty smooth process. It really holds your hand as its doing its thing. Lots of little messages that tell you what its doing so you don't start to panic.
