karbonn A4 stops loading app unexpected

Hi,
I have Karbonn A4 phone, and installed subway surfers..its loads and stop unexpectedly and returns back to phone home screen without any error message. If I reboot the phone and start the app, same thing happens.
what could be the problem
how can I resolve it
