    Hi Y'all,
I'm a 63-year-old mother of 11, grandmother of 12, and great-grandmother of 2 beautiful children and I finally caught up with my kids in the cell phone arena - got myselft an HTC Incredible last week - woohoo!! After a brief tutorial from my youngest daughter, I finally figured out how to answer the phone ;-) but can't figure out how to delete ringtones I don't want on the phone that I downloaded. Also, when I play them back, some of them sound "fractured." Any ideas on how-to or why would be most appreciated.

    Welcome to the Android Forums!

How did you download the ringtones? Through Verizon? Or did you load them directly onto your phone from a web site? Typically ringtones are stored either on the micro SD card or in the 8gb of internal memory. The first challenge is to figure out which location the ringtones are located.
