Thought I'd start a thread so we can all post what apps we are using and also to highlight which apps do/don't work on the mini

I have the following installed and all confirmed as working:

    • aContacts (way better than standard contacts with loads of customisations)
    • ChompSMS
    • Astro File Manager
    • Google Translate
    • Google Sky Map
    • Google Goggles
    • Jewels (great little free game)
    • Pkt Auct eBay (best eBay app there is)
    • Scanner Radio (awesome app for listening to live police radio)

Be good to know what other people are using

    Your Orange
    Orange Wednesdays
    IMDB
    Flixster
CoPilot Live (Doesn't work with standard keyboard)
    Shazam
    RAC Traffic
    LED Light
Wifi Analyzer (doesn't work very well shows all AP's on channel zero)

Any clues on Locale compability? (I know it works on QVGA, but does it perform good?)

The most useful app I've found so far is the 'Fast Web Installer'. It lets you install apps directly from appbrain.com, while browsing their website on your phone.

The main benefit of that is that you can install ANY app - even ones that're hidden from us by the market for no good reason. :D

Other apps that are pretty cool are..

K-9 Mail (lets you access multiple email accounts)
Skyfire (allows video playback on some sites)
    Smooth Calendar (smooth!)
OneClick Widgets (very customizable widget set for controlling WiFi and GPS and stuff - much prettier than the mutilated Power Control)
SayMyName (uses speech synthesis to say the name of the caller/texter/emailer before the ringtone)
SID Player (plays Commodore 64 SIDs!)
