Lag when sharing a photo.

Is there any way to fix this or am I the only one with this problem ? Whenever I press on the "share" button, it takes about 6 seconds just so the menu can pop up asking where I want to share the photo to. It's been happening since I got the phone last December . Didn't bother me til today when I was gonna share a photo in front of my friend, and noticed how long it took just for the menu to pop up
