Help landscape typing on galaxy s

Hello, i got sgs a week ago and am getting used to it.
I have a question about landscape mode typing..
When i type during landscape mode the textbox and keyboard
becomes full screen. It's really good in most of the times
but its a huge failure during the msn.
I cant see any msgs except the one i am typing.
Is there any solution to it?

I am using msn talk but i dont think its app...

Any advice is greatly appreciated!!

ps. samsung stock IM does not have this problem but that app is very slow

Hello ca, welcome to Android Forums.

I've noticed that in the Fascinate. The only remedy for that which I am aware of would be a 3rd party messaging application; some of them can be configured to allow for the conversation to be seen in either portrait or landscape mode.

Go into Market and do a search for "messaging," and you'll see many applications, some free and some paid or "donate."
