Is there any chance that 2.2 would fix that kind of stutter?

Android doesn't GPU accelerate its UI like the iPhone. It's a difficult task because there are so many different hardware and software setups.

The stuttering is attributed to the Ninjablur skin on the phone.

yeah, i figured it was the blur.

i also thought it was a power management profile setback. meaning if you place the phone on powersaver, it wont perform at 100%.

either way, it is just a software issue. a minor wrinkle that should be ironed out
