Help Latitude - Login failed

Help! My HTC Incredible died (Power button stuck) and Verizon replaced it. But now I cannot access Google Latitude.

Every time I access Google Latitude it give me a "Login Failed" message.

Worked perfectly an hour ago on my old HTC Incredible. How do I activate it on my new phone? And as reference, I went to the Google site, sent a text message, didn't work. Cleared cached, etc. with no luck.

Don't think it's your phone. Latitude is down.

This worked for me (Samsung Galaxy Ace with Android 2.2):

1) Sign out of Latitude (Privacy > Sign out)
2) Clear Maps data(Settings > Applications > Maps > Manage applications > tap Maps > Clear data)
3) Reboot phone
4) Re-join Latitude from the Maps menu
