I called my phone, left a voice message, asked someone to send me a text message and I e-mailed myself at my Exchange address.

Only the Launcher Pro icons for Phone (Missed Calls) and Messages have a count indicator of a "1" in a red circle. The Voicemail and Exchange New Message counts aren't appearing in the Dock.

I even added a Shortcut to my Exchange mail account to the Home screen and it doesn't have a count either. Those all work under Sense.

Anyone have a similar problem and/or solution? Thanks in advance.

LauncherPro currently only supports dock unread counts for calls, messages, and gmail. Sense is modified to display certain unread counts. If I come across a solution, I will post it, but I guarantee, for now, it won't involve any other unread counts in the dock until LauncherPro is updated to support them.

Wow, I didn't know this. Major downfall for Launcher Pro.

I am actually getting ready to do a hard reset (to fix battery drain and Bluetooth issues) and was planning to "re-do" my phone with Launcher Pro. Hope they get this fixed soon!

It's much easier for me to see what messages I have in the Navigation bar at the top. Touch / hold and drag it down to see how many messages you have and which ones you want to read. I find this easier / more informative than a red number by the app icon.

I much prefer to glance at the dock with those 4 icon to quickly tell what's new, oh well.

I have gmail and the counter still doesn't show up even with the option checked in launcher pro. Any other setting I have to change?
