I like the default launcher, but I hear a lot of good things about launcher pro. Is Launcher Pro that much better than stock? Can someone list examples of what it can do that stock launcher cant?

    LP can do lots more.

Customize the number of home screens (1-7)
3 scrolling app docks that allow u to customize the icons.
if you buy the Pro version, for 2.99, you get some really great widgets and the ability to resize almost any widget.

    Ok, named just a few.

When I first downloaded it, I did not like it. I had to tweak it to make it MORE like stock. But I like all my apps on one "page" or screen that scrolls up and down rather than separate pages/screens.

I also liked telling it to go to apps if I tap the home button while on the home screen. I kept doing this on accident, trying to get to apps, anyway, so it was a no brainer to use that option!

it took me about three weeks to finally realize that launcher pro was the way to go. (That kinda rhymes). But like someone stated above....u can customize just about anything with launcher pro.
