I have an employee with an LG Enlighten. once i set up his email to connect to our exchange server and setup the device screen lock everything works fine. When the screen locks and asks for his pin he only gets one shot to enter the password correctly or the device does a complete system wipe. I've check with our Exchange sysadmin and he assures me that there is not setting from the server to wipe the device. I am using the same setup on my bionic(and OGDroid before) and I get several attempts. any idea how i can troubleshoot this and where to look on his device to fix it?? When I say compete system wipe i mean it.....it wipes his SD card and system memory!
